Request Account & Data Deletion

How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your North American Freight Empire account and all associated data at any time. Here's how:

1. Open the app and sign in to your account.
2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the sidebar or bottom menu).
3. Scroll to the Account section and tap "Delete Account".
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Alternatively, you can email us at the support address listed on the app's Google Play store listing with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address registered to your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Email address — removed from our authentication system.
• Display name — deleted from your profile.
• Game saves — all career slots, compete mode data, and game state are permanently deleted from our servers.
• Company & player names — any names associated with compete rooms and leaderboards are removed.
• Compete leaderboard scores — your entries are removed from all leaderboards.

What May Be Retained

• Anonymous analytics data — aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for up to 90 days for product improvement, after which they are automatically purged.
• Legal obligations — limited data may be retained if required by law or to prevent fraud/abuse, for up to 12 months.

No retention period applies to your identifiable account data beyond what is listed above. Once deleted, your account and game data cannot be recovered.

Partial Data Deletion

If you'd like to delete specific data (e.g., a single game save or compete room score) without deleting your entire account, contact us through the app's support channels or the email listed on the Google Play store listing. We will honor partial deletion requests within 30 days.
